Be Our Guest (Catering to our Out of Town Guests)

• Assist with accomodations for your out of town guests including hotel blocks
  

• Compile welcome bags for out of town guests including activity suggestions around area, bottled water and snacks (more elaborate bags can be made available for an additional cost)
  

• Deliver Welcome Bags to hotel(s) prior to arrival p to 2 hotel lobbies within a 5 mile radius of venue
  

• Deliver welcome baskets for out of town guests to hotels on wedding day up to four hotels
  

**Couple must provide planner with # of out of town guests, names, arrival and hotel info

Venue Scouting:

• Couple to provide specifications with what they are looking for and we will do the research , present it to you and will accompany couple to 3 venue visits.
  

Invitation Stuffing / RSVP Maintenance:

• Put together invitations, addressing, stamping, mailing, and maintaining RSVP list.
  

Up to 100 invitations, each addtional 25 invitations  is $25. Postage Additional
