They try to get "smart" and jack up their prices on you at last minute cause they think you are desperate.

Although I was a little bit worried since mine was one of the first weddings she had worked on, I was overall happy with her services. My flowers and cake reached the restaurant on time, and it was great to have someone help to run errands during the day. And although I only hired her for help on the day-of, she came the day before and helped me buy and brainstorm ideas for my floral centerpieces. Great affordable pricing. Very professional and pleasant to work with as well.
